How long does the activity take?+
Plan for 30–45 minutes for the full workshop (stuffing, wish star, zipping, and birth certificate). Most classrooms finish in 40. Birthday parties usually run closer to 30 once kids get going.
What age group is this appropriate for?+
Our kits work for ages 4 and up. The back-zip closure means even 4-year-olds can finish the assembly with minimal help. For under-5 groups, we recommend an adult helper for the stuffing step. We’ve hosted 7-year-olds at 200-camper scale without issue.
Do you really not need to sew?+
Correct. Every kit uses our exclusive back-zip closure. The plush comes pre-cut, pre-sewn on three sides, and the fourth side closes with a hidden zipper that’s been tested to 10+ years of normal use. No needle, no thread, no glue.
How fast do bulk orders ship?+
Standard bulk orders (50–250 kits) ship in 2–3 business days from our Pennsylvania warehouse. Orders of 250+ may take an extra 2 business days. Expedited and overnight shipping is available at checkout.
Can I get a custom quote for my school?+
Yes — and we make it easy. Submit a quote request and you’ll get a per-student cost breakdown, total with shipping, and any applicable bulk discount within one business day. W-9, net-30 invoicing, and PO acceptance available on request.
What’s included in each kit?+
Unstuffed plush body, premium hypoallergenic stuffing, a Wish Star, a Birth Certificate, a back-zip closure (no sewing), and a step-by-step instruction card. Sound chips, custom tees, and other accessories are available as add-ons.
What if pieces go missing from a kit?+
Lifetime guarantee. If anything is missing or damaged when the box arrives, we ship a replacement the same day at no cost. We’ve been in business for 20+ years on the strength of “call us, we fix it.”
Can you ship internationally?+
Yes — we ship to Canada, the UK, EU, Australia, and most of the Caribbean. International bulk orders (250+) get a custom shipping quote because carrier rates vary. Reach out and we’ll come back fast.
Can I customize the Birth Certificate?+
Yes. Bulk orders (100+) can add a custom logo, school name, or special message to the Birth Certificate for a small upcharge. For 250+ kits we can co-design from scratch. Just ask.
Do you offer fundraising programs?+
Yes. Our fundraising program lets schools and organizations sell kits at a margin with zero up-front cost. Most groups raise $1,500–$4,000 per campaign. Email us to get the fundraising playbook.
